For those navigating career transitions, stepping into new leadership roles, or looking to define a deeper sense of purpose in life and work.
Unlock what is next in your career and life.
Focused, honest and deeply personal 1:1 coaching and advisory grounded in real leadership experience.
The Experience
at the heart of it all, it is all about you
01
Your Work
Where you are & where you want to go
You’re competent. Respected. But something feels off—
a role that no longer excites you, a leadership challenge that’s become heavy, a next step that isn’t clear.
Whether you’re looking to grow, pivot, or pause, I help you make sense of where you are— and where you want to go. Together we will cut through the noise, get clear on what truly drives you, and build the mindset and structure to move forward.
You don’t need more hustle. You need a partner to challenge your thinking, bring perspective, and help bring structure to your next chapter.
02
Your Life
Aligning time, space and self
You’ve mastered complexity at work—now what about everything else?
If life outside of work feels neglected, heavy, or out of sync, coaching helps you redefine success on your terms. Together, we explore what balance could actually look like, and how to create boundaries, systems, and habits that support it.
From family and relationships to your sense of time, space, and self— we’ll untangle what feels misaligned and reconnect you with what gives your life energy and meaning.
Because you’re not just a title. You’re a whole person. Let’s make room for that.
03
Your Health & Well-being
Your energy is your foundation
Your performance starts with your energy— and yet health is often the first to suffer when life gets demanding.
I help you bring well-being back to the center of your life and leadership— not as a checkbox, but as a sustainable, realistic practice.
And you won’t do it alone. I work closely with a certified personal trainer who will give you fully tailored online training and nutrition information that fits your body, schedule, and goals. You’ll receive personalized guidance, not one-size-fits-all routines.
The result: building more sustainable habits that give you clarity, resilience, and presence—in work and life.
"My work blends deep coaching with selective advisory — drawing on years of senior leadership roles to bring you both powerful questions and grounded insight."

Services
Focused, honest, and deeply personal—my coaching helps professionals and leaders create clarity, balance, and direction across work, life, and health.

Your Work
Clarity, Direction and Growth
Whether you’re stepping into a new role, considering a career shift, or facing complex leadership challenges, I offer a space where you can think freely, reflect deeply, and act with intention.
Together, we’ll bring clarity to your direction — and strategy to your next move.
We work in 1:1 sessions, 60 to 90 minutes long. Each conversation is shaped by what you bring — a question, a decision, a turning point — and designed to shift your perspective and support meaningful progress.
Depending on your needs, we can work in a pure coaching format, or integrate advisory where helpful — drawing on my leadership experience to offer grounded insight and resonance.
This is not a set formula. It’s a collaborative process — shaped by you, guided by thoughtful dialogue, and grounded in trust.
Let’s talk about what’s next — no pressure, just space to explore if coaching is right for you.

Your Life & Wellbeing
Rebalancing what matters
Your work doesn’t exist in isolation. It’s deeply connected to your energy, your health, and the life you’re living outside of your role.
When things feel out of sync — when stress builds, priorities blur, or your body signals what your calendar ignores — it’s time to pause and realign.
In this part of the work, we bring your well-being back to the center.
Not as a side project. Not as another thing to optimize. But as the foundation for how you lead, decide, and show up.
You’ll have access to coaching that includes your whole self — and, if needed, I collaborate with a certified personal trainer to support you with tailored training and nutrition support. It’s practical, realistic, and built around your life.

These FAQs may help clarify further questions
Coaching or Advisory?
So what kind of support is right for you? Both can be powerful, but they serve different purposes.

Executive Coaching
When you want to find your own answers- and lead from whithin
Coaching is not about advice. It’s about creating space.
For reflection. For new perspectives. For growth that’s real, lasting, and personal.
We work together on themes like:
-
Your leadership style and presence
-
Communication, relationships, and influence
-
Decision-making and self-leadership
-
Navigating transitions (new role, new direction, or new phase in life)
-
Purpose, energy, and balance
You set the goals. I help you uncover what’s true and move forward with clarity.

Management Advisory
When you need a sharp, experienced perspective from the outside
In advisory work, I bring my experience as a managing director and executive to the table. I help you assess what’s working, what’s not — and what needs to shift.
Advisory can be valuable when you’re:
-
Restructuring your team or organization
-
Navigating complex decisions or dynamics
-
Clarifying roles, governance, or communication structures
-
Leading change and needing a clear, grounded sparring partner
I ask the right questions — and share direct insights when that’s what serves you best.

And often - it´s both
In real life, the line between coaching and advisory often blurs.
Sometimes you need reflection.
Sometimes a clear opinion.
Sometimes both in the same conversation.
What I offer isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach — it’s a tailored partnership, based on what will truly move you forward.

Why I coach

What I saw again and again: high-performing people silently struggle— with purpose, with balance, with what’s next. Career doubt, burnout, life imbalance, loss of purpose. No space to stop, reflect, and reset.

I coach because I’ve been there. And I know what it means to lead with both strength and humanity. So I created that space.
I coach because I believe change happens when people are seen fully. Not as job titles or resumes—but as humans with complex, powerful stories.
My coaching is grounded, strategic, deeply personal. Deep coaching blended with selective advisory bring you both powerful questions and grounded insight. I work with a limited number of clients so that every conversation has depth and direction.
No scripts. No fluff. Just space to think, grow, and move forward—on your terms.
