Executive coaching is a forward-focused process designed to help individuals gain clarity, navigate transitions, strengthen leadership skills, and align with their personal and professional goals. Unlike therapy, it doesn’t focus on healing the past. Unlike consulting, it doesn’t give ready-made solutions — instead, it brings new perspectives, helps you uncover your own insights and actions.

Whether you are a seasoned C-level executive, a young professional, a team leader, I work with managers, professionals, and individuals in transition — whether you’re stepping into a new leadership role, considering a career change, or seeking greater purpose, balance or alignment in life and work.

Each 60–90 minute session is tailored to your needs. You can expect a focused, open space to reflect, challenge your assumptions, gain clarity, and move toward meaningful action. Depending on your goals and if requested by you, I may offer you insights based on my own leadership experience.

While coaching is at the core of our work, I offer focused advisory when appropriate or asked by you — sharing perspective, insights, or real-world experience to support your growth, without taking over your process.

There is no one size fits all. We will tailor the rhythm according to your goals and expectations. Some work intensively for a few weeks; others continue long-term as part of ongoing growth and reflection.
This we will jointly explore in our free introductory meeting and agree next steps.

Yes. I work with clients online via platforms as Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, and offer in-person sessions in Palma de Mallorca, Spain by request.

Yes, sessions are available in English, German, Spanish or Portuguese. You can choose the language that feels most natural to you.
